If we try to produce a painting, it is never going to happen. Not only that, it will not be something that is painted from our hearts. Instead, it will be a trying and striving of the mind, pushing the body, perhaps with a hidden wish to produce something that is considered “good”. Whereas if we stop trying and go with what we feel we’d like to paint, what colours we are drawn to and the way to apply them, it is a case of et voila the painting pops out of nowhere with ease and grace. The world of creativity is an ocean of possibilities.
